Just to say a very big Thank You for your wonderful help. You have turned my hopelessness to HOPE. It's so great to have the extra income. It has made such a difference. I was existing, now I'm living. Lots of love Monica
I want to really thankyou from the bottom of my heart how you have helped me from the start of my PIP appeal up until the upper tribunal (which was a success!) Being ill and making a claim has been stressful, but I have always known I had your support and whenever I was frustrated I knew I could ring you as you are so friendly but still professional. I never felt uncomfortable contacting you and all my family members know who Jean is as I always raved on about your support. Ms K

It is so difficult when you are struggling health wise and then have these complicated forms to complete - you take away all the stress, you understand the process and complete all those difficult forms. We would not know what to do without you.Julie from Wigan
I would just like to say that I have spoken to two of your staff and they were both lovely, approachable and incredibly helpful. I filled in a form for ESA in 2012 and was put into work related group which i appealed against. The appeal was adjourned for insufficient evidence as based on 2008 medical. When the new form came in 2013 I asked benefit answers to fill it in. Despite no medical and nothing significantly changing I have been placed in the Support group until 2015. Goes to show it's how you fill the form in. So a big thank you to everyone at benefits answers for the advice, support and filling in that form. Janet C

"I used your sample for ESA for CFS and was awarded it for 2 Years." E.M.
Claiming benefits usually involves completing a lengthy claim form. The answers you give go a long way to deciding if you get the benefit but there may be a face to face assessment before the decision is made. It is vital to get the form right and worded in the correct way. A Tribunal Judge recently wrote in his explanation for a decision: "In the claim pack Mr B did not reply to the question asking him how far he can normally walk.” Need we say more?
